Your Story Here

This is a call to action. Your story matters. Your story can help others. And your story can be featured in our upcoming book, The Positivity Project.

We are looking for people who are living positive lives despite the challenges of living with a chronic illness.

We are looking for everyday heroes. Those who fight through the fatigue, through the pain and have the strength to remain positive. Your story can help those who are newly diagnosed and struggling in their own right. Your story has the power to inspire, uplift and help someone who may not know where to turn.

Your story shows people where to turn. It shows them the path of someone who has been there before. Even if you made mistakes, but picked yourself back up, those are important lessons to share. Be the hope and inspiration for those who need it by sharing your story in our Positivity Project.

Are you ready to share your story? If you are living a positive life with a chronic illness we want to hear from you!

Ways to Participate

We seek to answer the question, “How did you turn your situation positive?” Some people can articulate their story through spoken word. Others prefer to write, while others express their story through art or photography. However you choose to participate, we will feature your story here.

We are looking for people who want to be featured on our podcast. We are also accepting blog posts, art, photographs, music or any creative submission to share on our site. To learn more about being featured in an upcoming podcast or different ways you can contribute to the Positivity Project, fill out the form below to contact us today!

Working With Us

Once you have completed your podcast interview, you will work with award winning author, Matt Cavallo. This process will help refine your story and get it ready for the print version, which will be available at Amazon, Barnes and Nobles and wherever books are sold.

Matt broke onto the scene with his now famous memoir, “The Dog Story,” which chronicled his diagnosis of MS. Since then, Matt has told his Dog Story to audiences around the world. He makes you laugh, cry, and in the end, feel hope and inspiration. Matt will work with you on developing your story so that you can come along on this journey of hope and inspiration by sharing your story.

Next Steps

Simply fill out the form below. Make sure to provide your first name, last name and a valid email address.

We also want you to include a little bit about yourself and your story in the message box. Include things like:

  • Are you a person living with a chronic illness or caregiver?
  • What were you diagnosed with?
  • Is this a new diagnosis or have you been living with it for a while?
  • Would you prefer to be interviewed by a male or female for the podcast?
  • How did you turn this situation positive?

By answering those questions, we will know a little bit more about you and can make sure that the right team member reaches out to you.

Matt Cavallo and Tara Tingey are co-founders of Situation Positive, a positive community for those living with Chronic Illness.
